How to build your plan
You have your plan. Now let's turn it into something real, with AI doing the heavy lifting, one small step at a time.
You don't need tech skills. You don't need to do it all this week. Your plan already has the thinking done. What you need now is a helper that turns it into a website, an offer and a weekly to-do list. Here are three good options. Pick one and start.

Recommended: Grok Bot
Grok Bot is an AI assistant that can keep working on your project with you over time. Every Build One Thing plan comes with a Grok Bot master prompt. When you paste it in, Grok Bot becomes your "CEO bot": it knows your plan, works in order, can set up helper bots (research, website, content, outreach), and gives you one clear next step each week. It never posts, sends or buys anything without your okay.
- Open your plan and find "Your Grok Bot master prompt". Tap Copy.
- Start a new Grok Bot and paste the whole prompt in.
- Fill in the [details] block: your name, background, hours a week and budget. It asks for anything missing.
- Do Phase 1 together. It researches competitors and asks you a few questions. Answer in your own words.
- Say yes to one step at a time. It drafts your site, offer and posts for you to review. Every Monday it shows you your one most important task.
Alternative 1: Base44
Base44 is an AI app and website builder. You describe what you need in plain language and it builds the whole thing, including sign-ins, a database and pages, and can publish it to the web. It has a free plan (25 message credits a month, up to 5 apps), and paid plans start at $16/month (Starter); yearly billing saves 20% (Base44 pricing). It builds the site or app; it won't run your research, content or outreach week to week.
- Go to base44.com and make a free account.
- Open your plan and copy the Base44 prompt.
- Paste it in as your first message and let it build the first version.
- Ask for small changes in plain words, one at a time ("make the headline bigger", "add a FAQ").
- When it looks right, connect your payment tool and publish. Watch your credits; each message uses some.
Alternative 2: Lovable
Lovable describes itself as an AI software engineer: you chat, and it builds websites and web apps, with no technical knowledge needed. The free plan gives 5 build credits a day (up to 30 a month). Pro starts at $25/month for 100 monthly credits, or $21/month billed yearly (Lovable docs: plans). You own the code you build (Lovable pricing). Like Base44, it builds the product, not the whole business routine.
- Go to lovable.dev and sign up free.
- Open your plan and copy the Lovable prompt.
- Paste it in. Lovable's "Plan mode" (1 credit per message) is a calm way to talk it through before building.
- Review the first version and ask for one change at a time.
- Publish when you're happy. Simple, small changes cost under 1 credit each, per Lovable's own examples.

| Does the weekly business work? | Yes: research, content, outreach drafts, check-ins | No, builds the product | No, builds the product |
You can also mix them: let Grok Bot run the plan and use Base44 or Lovable for the website it drafts. Prices are from each company's own pages, checked Nov 3, 2026, and can change.
Tips that save time and money
- Start with one step. Just Phase 1 this week. Momentum beats a perfect plan.
- Don't buy tools before your first customer. Free plans are plenty to start.
- Show it to five real people before you build more. Their words become your website copy.
- Ask for one change at a time. Small requests cost fewer credits and break fewer things.
- Keep it yours. AI drafts; you decide. Rewrite anything that doesn't sound like you.
- Be patient. Most new businesses take months to find their first customers, and some never do. That's normal, not failure.
Honest note. We're not affiliated with Grok Bot, Base44 or Lovable, and we don't earn anything if you sign up. These tools help you build; they don't guarantee customers or income. Nothing here is a promise or prediction of earnings.
